Here are the detailed wine notes:
{Noble Vines} 242 Sauvignon Blanc 2012
{Noble Vines} 242 Sauvignon Blanc exhibits vibrant aromas of white peach, green melon and lemongrass. Medium bodied with a round mid palate and bright acidity, this refreshing wine offers flavors of guava, passion fruit and a hint of lemon zest.
From: Monterey, California
Winery: Nobel Vines
Year: 2012

{Noble Vines} 1 Red Blend 2011
{Noble Vines} 1 Red Blend is a medium-bodied wine with a balanced acidity and supple tannins. On the nose, rich aromas of blackberry and black cherry mingle with hints of spice. these dark fruit flavors carry through beautifully to the palate ending with a touch of pepper. Merlot leads the way in this fruit-forward wine followed by Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel. The addition of Zinfandel adds a touch of softness to the final blend — softening the shoulders of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Year: 2011

Sequin Moscato 2012
Sequin Moscato is a glamorous addition to any occasion— whether a ladies’ night out or movie night in, this wine adds a dose of sparkle and style. Each sip beams with a twinkle of delicate bubbles, delivering the sweet aromas and flavors of citrus blossom, honeysuckle, soft white peach and honeyed nectar.
Enjoy Sequin Moscato slightly chilled, or get creative with a signature wine cocktail. Either way, Sequin Moscato provides a lovely pair with a creamy Gruyere cheese, fresh fruit or even your favorite dessert.–From their Website
Year: 2012

Pierre Qui Roule (Rolling Stone) Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
With its nice dark red color, this wine is elegant, complex and velvety. It offers blackcurrant and strawberry aromas with hints of spices, cinnamon, mint and honey, and a fresh vegetal note typical of this grape variety. The finish is subtle with hints of cedar and oak. The vines for this 100% varietal are grown on the foothills of the Cévennes mountains (the wine gives spicy and fruity aromas to the blend, as well as roundness) and in the Aude valley (structure and length). The 15-year-old vines are cultivated at an average altitude of 150 metres on acid soils with pebbles in the valleys, giving smoky notes and are pruned according to the “gobelet” (non-trellised) method. The yields are relatively low (50 hectoliters/hectare). Vinification: the bunches are totally destemmed and undergo a long maceration period at low temperature (in order to obtain a long, full and rich wine), with pumping-over. Malolactic fermentation. The wines aged in vats for 6 months. 5 to 10% are aged in oak barrels to give complexity to the wine.
Year: 2011

Outcast Red 2009
Four California counties have been legally recognized as the North Coast Grape Growing Region. These four counties, lying to the north of San Francisco are Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake. Due to the remoteness and splendid isolation, Lake County has never received the tourist attention of its north coast neighbors. It has 8,500 acres of grapes, but its resident wineries are few. While the quality of its grapes is widely recognized, most all of them are shipped out of county to fuel the wines of its more popular neighbors.
We in Lake County, in this sense, feel ourselves to have become an “Outcast”. The special blend in this bottle clearly demonstrates the excellence of wine from Lake County grapes. In drinking and enjoying this wine, you will be helping us to shed the chains that have for so long bound us in the role of “Outcast”.–From their Website

Hella Fine Merlot 2011
A smooth-full bodied Merlot with delicious chocolate and cherry flavors. It’s perfect with gourmet pizza, grilled burgers or a view of the ocean along the coast.–From their Website

Calling All Angels Chardonnay 2011
Fruit-forward, medium-bodied Chardonnay. This wine has a fantastic citrus scent and a hint of pineapple that works great with the slight vanilla bean notes. The soft tannins and long finish make this great with both a dinner or a drink with friends. Serve straight from the cellar so flavors come alive in your glass.–From their Website

Brooklyn Summer Ale
Brooklyn Summer Ale is a modern rendition of the “Light Dinner Ales” brewed in England throughout the 1800′s right up until the 1940′s. They were also called “luncheon ales” or even “family ales”, because they were refreshing and flavorful without being too heavy. We brew our Brooklyn Summer Ale from premium English barley malt, which gives this light-bodied golden beer a fresh bready flavor. German and American hops lend a light crisp bitterness and a citrus/floral aroma, resulting in a beer with a very sunny disposition.–From their Website

Horny Goat Horny Blond Ale
A German blonde lager. Lagers are an American tradition, and so are blondes. You’ll find this pale lager both bright and crisp up front, and perfectly balanced by a hint of German hops on the end.–From their Website

Samuel Adams Double Agent IPL
Full of the bold grapefruit & piney character of an American IPA, this brew also reveals its smooth lager side creating a balanced, flavorful brew.–From their Website

Highland St. Teresa’s Pale Ale
A golden pale having a slightly malty body balanced by an assertive American hop flavor. This pale ale displays a delicate hop nose due to the process of dry hopping. A crisp and refreshing beer perfect for any occasion.
Our most aromatically hopped beer, St Terese’s was designed for easy drinking. After the beer is finished fermenting, it is dry hopped which entails adding hops for several days to impart an aromatic hop nose to the beer. When quaffed, the beer finishes cleanly with almost no residual hop bitterness and is a particular delight with most subtly flavored foods. This beer was named after the patron saint of headaches in consideration of all beer lovers who may occasionally be over served.–From their Website
The heart of our summer lineup, Oberon Ale offers a refreshing mix of malted wheat flavor and fruity notes, wrapped up in a distinctively citrusy hop aroma. Brewed around the concept of balance, Oberon brings a moderate bodied yet full-flavored ale to the table that complements all manner of summer activities.–From their Website

Samuel Adams Whitewater IPA
This flavor packed brew draws inspiration from two distinct styles, the white ales of Belgium & American IPAs. But while a fusion of the two, it’s far more than the sum of both, exhibiting a harmony of crisp wheat, bright pine and citrus flavors, & just a hint of orange peel.–From their Website

Here are the featured wines for March 2013. Here are some descriptions from the wineries’ websites.
Bodega Elena De Mendoza Red Blend
Our 2010 Bodega Elena Red Blend makes a bold statement with its unique combination of Malbec, Syrah and Bonarda. The rich, smooth dark red fruit flavors of this blend are complemented nicely by hints of vanilla and spice. Smooth, delicate tannins lead to a lingering, velvety finish.

Justin Sauvignon Blanc
The color is starbright, with a pale straw color with green highlights. The aroma is an alluring mix of lime, grapefruit, green apple, pear, citrus flower and blackcurrant bud. The palate is balanced and clean with lemon-lime and guava on the entry, a mid-palate of white peach and passionfruit, and a touch of minerality and green apple on an amazingly crisp and refreshing finish. A perfect pairing with pear and goat cheese crostini, calamari fritti or on its own as a refreshing summer sipper.

J.Lohr Bay Mist Riesling
The 2011 Bay Mist White Riesling is a youthful, pale yellow color with enticing aromas of lychee, fuji apple, pear and apricot. The flavors are bright, echoing the aromas with the addition of tangelo and orange citrus fruit for an excellent balance of crisp acidity, luscious mouthfeel and a touch of natural carbonation from the stainless steel fermentation. -Jeff Meier, Winemaker
Enjoy this as an aperitif, or pair with Pacific Rim cuisine such as Thai chicken or beef satay, or Cuban barbeque.

Coppola Diamond Collection Ivory Label Cabernet Sauvignon
For our Ivory Label Cabernet Sauvignon, we combine fruit from appellations as far north as El Dorado and as far south as Paso Robles where some of our vineyards experience diurnal temperature extremes, which slows the ripening process and enhances the rich, succulent flavors of the fruit, as well as the complexity of the palate.

Here are our featured wines for January, 2013. Our featured wines have a special discount.

Murphy Goode Dealers Choice Cabernet Sauvignon

From High-Low to Six-Card Stud, when it’s dealer’s choice, the dealer calls the game. Our winemaker calls this one, sourcing Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Terra a Lago Vineyard in the southern reaches of Alexander Valley in Sonoma County. The wine’s deep blackberry character, with appealing hints of thyme, leads into black cherry and toasty vanilla—all supported by supple, balanced tannins. From date night to poker night, this wine’s a Goode bet.
Like playing poker with friends, the dealer chooses which game to share. In my case, the dealer chooses which wine to share with friends. For the 2009 vintage I chose the Terra a Lago vineyard and the Adam’s Knoll vineyard in the Alexander Valley. I love the play of blackberry and thyme aromas which mix with the black cherry and toasty vanilla notes. This one is full of dense, rich tannins and offers a lasting finish you won’t soon forget.

Tierra Secreta Malbec

Tierra Secreta is a bold, concentrated Malbec from Argentina’s Mendoza region. Mendoza is the world’s premier area for Malbec production, and within Mendoza, the Uco Valley produces wines of particular distinction. Carefully-selected vineyards within the Uco Valley are the superior locations, or ‘Secret Earth’ which give Tierra Secreta its name.

Grown at the foot of the Andes Mountains, the Malbec grapes thrive at altitudes of more than 3,000 feet, an environment that combines ample pure sunlight with dry, cool nights. This results in a long, even growing season which produces perfectly ripe grapes with an ideal balance of fruit and acidity.

In the glass, Tierra Secreta exhibits elegant floral notes, leading to a full-bodied mouthful of rich, spicy Malbec fruit. Tierra Secreta’s long, lively finish reflects the wine’s aging in French and American oak barrels. Delightfully complex and concentrated, Tierra Secreta represents the finest Argentinean Malbec has to offer.

Stratton Lummis Cabernet Sauvignon

From the heart of Napa Valley comes a Cabernet Sauvignon that tastes and smells like currants and rich chocolates. Stratton Lummis is dedicated to Cabernet Sauvignon from the top vineyard estates in Oakville and Rutherford.
